If you cannot make the trip or you live in another State or country, please note that we ship our antiques worldwide. We have customers all over the world, in North America, South America, Europe, and Africa. So feel free to contact us at EastwindAsianAntiques@yahoo.com or call toll free at 1-888-642-0284, noting the piece(s) you are interested in purchasing, with your zip code and country so that we can obtain a shipping quote.
If you are ready to purchase, simply call us at our toll free number 1-888-642-0284 or provide a number and time to best reach you to take care of any questions you may have or make payment arrangements. Once payment is processed you can expect your furniture to arrive within one to four weeks, pending on your location.

Shipping:
We take great care in the shipping of our antiques, and thus ship using companies that we know will do their utmost in ensuring that the pieces you have purchased from Eastwind arrive in your home in the same condition in which they left our warehouse.
Our showroom and warehouse are located in Old Town Spring, North of Houston. And all shipments will be from that point. The price quoted to you will include full insurance.
It is reasonable to estimate the shipping cost on furniture will run at approximately 15% of the retail price. As more items are added to a single shipment the cost per piece does drop. This is only an estimate and for a freight quote simply send an e-mail to EastwindAsianAntiques@yahoo.com with the piece(s) you are interested in and your zip code. In short order a shipping quote will be provided, via return email-mail. Shipping is prepaid at the same time as the merchandise.
Sales Tax:
Only items shipped within the state of Texas will require the mandatory 8.25% sales tax. All other shipments within the USA and worldwide are tax exempt.
Return Policy:
If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will accept the item as a return under the following conditions:
- Authorization for said return is given by Eastwind.
- Return must be made within 12 days of receiving said goods.
- All shipping/insurance etc. for the return will be at purchaser's expense…. the condition of the goods is the responsibility of the purchaser until delivery process is complete.
- Once item is inspected to be in original condition as sent to customer full credit for the purchase of the product will be given, less shipping/handling charges.
Note Regarding Wood on Chinese Antiques:
Chinese Antique Furniture has survived many decades and centuries of revolutions and reconstruction. These pieces have character, which demonstrates their journey through history. Sometimes a change in climate will cause a change in the level of humidity. When antiques are moved to a different temperate climate, the wood, as a natural material, will expand/contract as it adjusts to its new climate. Many pieces have been made with floating panels as to accommodate this movement. However, it can also occur in other areas of the furniture. Each piece of furniture reacts differently as it "settles in". Although not necessarily the case with every piece, one must expect the development of "character lines" (as we have affectionately come to call them) in any Chinese Antique, to some degree or another. Do note that the occurrence of such does not affect the structural integrity of any of our pieces, but rather becomes a part of its allure.
